You can set discount value as a coupon thumbnail for three different pages-

1. Single Store Page
2. Category Page
3. Other Pages Coupon

For Single Store Page

Go to Theme Options > Single Store > Show coupon item thumbnails and set value Show discount value as coupon thumbnail.

Click the “Save Change” button.

For Coupon Category Page

Go to Theme Options > Coupon Category > Show coupon item thumbnails and set value Show discount value as coupon thumbnail.

Click the “Save Change” button.

For Other Coupons

Go to Theme Options > Coupons > Show coupon item thumbnails and set value Show discount value as coupon thumbnail.

Click the “Save Change” button.
